So... I caught the manip bug. Don't know if I'll do any more manips, but I do think Owl Pie's works are an untapped resource for these sorts of things.

Edit: I don't know if it's tacky to give commentary on a piece when I literally just changed the eyes and one word, but I kinda like how this turned out. A few details from the original (like those sweat droplets on Coco) almost seem like they get a whole new meaning just by being put in a hypno context.

For instance, Velvet wearing the shades. Is she hypnotised as well? Or is she lucid, a willing accomplice of the nebulous "master", wearing the shades to protect herself while her friend is brainwashed? The possibilities are intriguing...

Since I'll probably have some free time tomorrow (I'm about to go to sleep, so this is just me putting feelers out so I can check in the morning), are there any pieces by this artist that you'd like to see me take a crack at?

FYI it doesn't have to be Kaa eyes like this. I'm fairly confident that I can manage blank eyes and spirals. Ring eyes might be doable, but they're a bit more work to pull off with the method I use.

Oh gosh~ Well I'm a big fan of black and white spiral eyes for sure!
Though can't say I know enough of Owl Pie's art to choose one for you to do @.@
