Racing Incident Report
Race Three : (468) - ON TING HANDICAP - Class 3 - 1650Meters
Horse No 1 YELLOWFIN (G326) L Hewitson Raced wide and without cover until the 1000 Metres when it was allowed to stride forward to lead.
Horse No 2 ALLCASH (K190) D McDonogh In the early and middle stages raced keenly.
Approaching the 100 Metres was shifted to the outside of YELLOWFIN to attempt to obtain clear running.
A short distance later, ALLCASH was then steadied when disappointed for clear running between YELLOWFIN and FIGHTING MACHINE.
Horse No 3 PERFECT TEAM (H120) R Moore Sent for sampling post-race.
Horse No 4 MEGA FORCE (K200) K C Leung Bumped near the 250 Metres.
Horse No 5 FIGHTING MACHINE (J015) J Moreira Near the 250 Metres shifted out and made contact with MEGA FORCE.
For some distance near the 100 Metres raced tight to the inside of ARIEL and was bumped on the hindquarters by ALLCASH.
Sent for sampling post-race.
Horse No 7 PACKING TURBINE (J470) M F Poon Was left racing wide and without cover from the 1000 Metres.
A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
Horse No 8 BEAUTY VIVA (K155) A Atzeni Over the final 150 Metres was held up behind ALLCASH and as a consequence could not be ridden out to the finish.

Horse No 9 ENDEARED (H161) C Williams Bumped at the start.
Over the final 100 Metres was held up for clear running behind PERFECT TEAM.
Horse No 10 STORMI (K084) B Thompson Shortly after the start raced tight between ENDEARED and PERFECT TEAM.
Approaching the 200 Metres was steadied when disappointed for clear running between ENDEARED and MEGA FORCE which shifted out.
As a result, STORMI did not obtain clear running until near the 100 Metres.

Ariel did not panic when headed for the lead 980m out before reclaiming the lead at the 150m for a second win from his past five starts on this surface and first in the grade. Perfect Team ran on nicely for second after a patient ride second last from a wide draw. He appreciated a return to the course and distance of a win two runs ago. Favourite Fighting Machine made ground late for third after a one-off trip from behind midfield. It was another honest performance without winning on the surface. Never Peter Out just missed a placing after a handy run one off the fence. It was another pleasing effort carrying nine pounds more following a third consecutive win over this course and distance. Punted late, Endeared should have finished closer after failing to obtain a clear run over the last 150m following a patient ride one from the rear. Yellowfin was on his tippy toes 100m out after circling the field to lead 980m out following a wide trip without cover better than midfield. The big weight took its toll.
