Asa Ten Pow felt snubbed by ONE Championship after Seksan win, says ‘I’m Rocky, Van Damme’
American believes career-defining win at ONE Fight Night 30 has reignited US Muay Thai

Asa Ten Pow believes he has reignited American Muay Thai after scoring the biggest win of his career – a stunning third-round TKO of Thai icon Seksan Or Kwanmuang.
The 35-year-old Florida native dropped Seksan three times during their 142lbs Muay Thai clash in Bangkok, forcing the referee to wave off the contest just 37 seconds into the third round.
“I’m back at it,” Ten Pow told the Post. “I showcased everything in there – American Muay Thai, who we are, what we do. I felt great.”
Ten Pow’s counter-striking was slick and explosive from the opening bell. He floored Seksan late in round one with a booming right hand, then again in round two with a vicious flurry of lefts. The final knockdown came early in the third frame, sealing a career-defining victory and improving his professional record to 15-4.
This was the first time Seksan has been stopped under the ONE banner, making the result even more significant, and Ten Pow called it a “great victory”.
He credited discipline and perseverance for the result, having been knocked out by John Lineker in his previous fight.
