Cold weather in Hong Kong to carry on into Tuesday, Observatory says

Chilly conditions in Hong Kong are expected to carry on into Tuesday, while a cold weather warning has already remained in force for more than 38 hours.
The Observatory recorded temperatures of 14.1 degrees Celsius (57.4 Fahrenheit) at its Tsim Sha Tsui headquarters on Monday morning.
The mercury also dipped to below 12 degrees in rural areas such as Sha Tin, Tsuen Wan, Yuen Long and Sheung Shui.
Over at Ngong Ping and Tate’s Cairn, temperatures were only 7.9 degrees and 8.3 degrees, respectively.
The current cold weather warning was issued at 9.45pm on Saturday.
