Shahid Kapoor said that working with family is not a good idea as it could create complications.

Shahid Kapoor comes from a talented family of artists and has even worked with his dad, Pankaj Kapur, in films like Mausam and Jersey. However, he has revealed that he does not want to work with his family anymore. Shahid said that if he said something on set, it could hurt their sentiments, so it’s best to keep work and family separate.
In a recent chat with Bollywood Hungama, Shahid said, “I don’t work with family, it’s not a good idea. Family and work should be dealt with separately; if they come together, it gets complicated.
