I can only give you MY opinion......as a 100% straight, hetero male. And keep in mind that this is from my male perspective. Yeah, personally I do have a problem with it, but at the same time I realize that I don't have the right to dictate what other people have as their avatar. Walk into a crowded men's room at any straight bar or club and pull our your johnson and go around shaking it at everybody and see what kind of reaction you get.
